The Challenge

For a global player in dry building products, we engineered a ploughshare mixer capable of handling 3 tonnes of product per batch.

Installed at the heart of the new production line, the unit had to be built for heavy-duty use while simultaneously guaranteeing an exceptionally high quality of homogenisation, ultra-short cycle times, and long-term batch repeatability.

2 off. frontal inspection doors equipped with safety interlocks
