The Challenge
We were commissioned by a multinational company, part of a world-leading group in animal feed and livestock nutrition, to supply a mineral mixer for salt licks.
The products to be processed (primarily minerals and salt) are blended with small percentages of honey and molasses, as well as essential oils.
The client's primary requirement is a high-performance production system that allows for quick and easy sanitisation and washdown. Additionally, the product must be kept heated throughout the mixing cycle.
