The Challenge
We were commissioned by a major overseas company to manufacture two identical mixers for the production of a vast array of building materials. Certain formulations, in particular, contain high volumes of hard, abrasive materials with coarse, irregular particle size distributions.
Installed at the heart of the new production line, the units had to be exceptionally high-performing and flexible to successfully manage a finished product throughput of 40 tonnes per hour each across two or three shifts.
