The Challenge
We were commissioned by a prestigious group operating in the building materials industry to supply a batch ploughshare mixer to replace an existing unit and deliver large volumes of various dry-mix building products.
The mixer, acting as the heart of the production line, had to interface seamlessly with the existing plant infrastructure. This required multiple custom-positioned inlets built to drawing, features including inclined designs, offset alignments, and various diameters and profiles.
Given the high production volumes required, it was imperative to engineer a unit featuring a 60° full-length pneumatic discharge door, strictly adhering to the client's preference.
