The Challenge
For a major player in the ceramic sector, we manufactured three ribbon blenders for frit production, to be integrated into a new manufacturing plant in Indonesia.
The products to be processed consist primarily of carbonates, sands, feldspars, clays, and kaolin.
The units, supplied to feed the presses of three separate production lines, must handle up to 2,250 litres of product each, and are designed for heavy-duty use across double or even triple shifts. Additionally, each mixer must be capable of feeding two different packaging lines downstream (either big-bags or 25 kg bags).
