The Challenge
We were commissioned to supply a mixer capable of processing up to 2 tonnes per hour of crushed animal by-products (fats, bones, etc.), which form a light meal into which various types of liquids must be added.
The required machine must quickly and effectively process the materials introduced into the mixing drum. It must guarantee a high level of particle distribution of all solid and liquid ingredients, while simultaneously pulverising any lumps that form during the process.
