Solution: horizontal single shaft ploughshare batch mixer, model KBC 750
- painted mild steel (RAL 5012)
- two round inlets and 1 vent port,
- two inspection doors with electro-magnetic key locking system
- one round outlet electro-pneumtically operated, with door completely flush with mixer drum
- solid main rotor shaft in mild steel
- ploughashare mixing tools in anti-wear steel HB400 and Wolfram Carbide welded coating on tool tips
- three refiners with tulip tool in mild steel completely coated in Wolfram Carbide, on same side as inspection doors
- compact direct drive, directly flanged to mixer end plate, 30 kW installed power (ABB) and Rossi gearbox
- shaft seals with stuffing and grease.
