For a small dynamic start-up company about to launch its business in the production of special chemical products for the building industry, we manufactured a small ploughshare batch unit entirely in SS304.
The mixer is designed to handle up to 150 litres of materials per batch, ideal for the customer’s requirements (4 ingredients in the recipe, all fine and light, with one super fine, bulk density below 0.1 kg/dm³): approximately 140 litres per batch.
Equipped with a directly flanged drive, with right-angle shaft gearbox and 5.5 kW motor, the mixer has 1 inlet, 1 vent port, 1 round central electro-pneumatically operated discharge and one large inspection door, with electro-mechanical safety lock and key.
